My Journey to L.I.T Coaching

I grew up like many believing being “skinny” was the ultimate goal. I was in a cycle of cutting calories and doing endless ineffective cardio. The weights room felt intimidating & definitely not empowering!

That changed when I took a leap, enrolled in a PT course, and learned the power of proper fueling & strength training for women! I finally saw the results I’d been chasing for years!

Not at all! Your training programme will be completely tailored to you, whether you train at a gym or prefer to work out at home.

 L.I.T Coaching is designed for busy women. I work with your time constraints, lifestyle, and goals to ensure your training and nutrition plan fits into your life seamlessly.

No, this is a common myth! Lifting weights is one of the most effective ways for women to drop body fat, build lean muscle, and achieve a toned look. The training focuses on shaping and strengthening your body, not making you “bulky.”

I do not provide strict, restrictive meal plans. The focus is on nutrition education, teaching you how to eat for your goals in a balanced, realistic, and flexible way so you can sustain your results forever.

You can start from any level of fitness. I work with beginners, intermediate lifters, and advanced clients. Your programme is built entirely around your current experience and ability.
