I grew up like many believing being “skinny” was the ultimate goal. I was in a cycle of cutting calories and doing endless ineffective cardio. The weights room felt intimidating & definitely not empowering!
That changed when I took a leap, enrolled in a PT course, and learned the power of proper fueling & strength training for women! I finally saw the results I’d been chasing for years!
Now, my mission is to show women that fitness isn’t about restriction or punishment! It’s about strength, confidence, and balance! Lifting makes you strong, capable and proud of what your body can do.
With seven years of experience and over 250 women coached, I know what it’s like to start from zero. I’ve been there and I want every woman I work with to see she’s capable of more than she ever imagined.
This is absolutely a long-term, sustainable plan. I focus on building habits and structure that last for life, not just for a few weeks. If you’re looking for a quick fix or an extreme plan, this is not for you.

I do not provide strict, restrictive meal plans. The focus is on nutrition education, teaching you how to eat for your goals in a balanced, realistic, and flexible way so you can sustain your results forever.
You can start from any level of fitness. I work with beginners, intermediate lifters, and advanced clients. Your programme is built entirely around your current experience and ability.
