I think we are well and truly immersed in the era of online, Am I right?

From doing our weekly grocery shop to completing our banking tasks to now even hiring an online coach to help us reach our health & fitness goals, we can literally do all of life’s tasks from our phone!

There are a ton of benefit’s to hiring an online coach however & I am going to go through a couple of them below!

Personalized To You: So, your following workout videos from Youtube & cooking up meals with no clue of what the nutritional value is, your weight is staying the same and you can’t understand how your going wrong, sound familiar?

It is so so important that you follow a plan that is personalized to you and your goals. No two people are the same & what works for one may not work for another! The great thing about hiring an online coach is that you will get a plan that is completely personalized to you and your goals! You can be confident that the changes you are making to your diet and the workouts you are completing each week are going to get you to where you want to be!

Structure : If your struggling to add structure to your day in regards to your diet and your workouts and your kind of almost “winging it” in the hope you will reach your goals alone then you’re probably going to be a hell of a long time trying to reach those goals. Structure is key and having a solid plan that you can work with Is going to get you to your goals 100 times quicker than simply wishing for the best.

Guidance & Support: Sometimes it really is just having that one person who’s got your back, who’s there to motivate you and push you on when you least feel like it that will bring you from where you currently are to where you want to be. Your coach will always believe in you and will do everything in their power to help you reach your goals

With online PT you can complete your workouts in your own time and don’t have to commit to any 1 specific time frame to do so, meaning your more inclined to get those sessions done!

Cost Effective: Hiring an online coach instead of a 1:1 personal trainer is 9 times out of 10 going to be cheaper!
