Protein Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
5 Tbsp Applesauce
1 Half Cup Oats
1 Tbsp Milled Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Oat Fiber/Bran
1 Scoop Protein Powder(preferably chocolate)
3 Tbsp White/Whole Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp Sweetener (Xylitol) 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F, line baking tray with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender, and blend until smooth." Note: (Alternatively, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and mix until thoroughly combined.
Scoop 1 tbsp of batter each onto the baking sheet, flatten with the palm of your hand, and bake for 10 minutes.
Tip (Keep your spoon in a cup of boiling hot water as you go between spooning the mixture so it does not become sticky)
