Protein Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbsp Applesauce

  • 1 Half Cup Oats

  • 1 Tbsp Milled Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tbsp Oat Fiber/Bran

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder(preferably chocolate)

  • 3 Tbsp White/Whole Wheat Flour

  • 2 Tbsp Sweetener (Xylitol) 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, line baking tray with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender, and blend until smooth." Note: (Alternatively, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, and mix until thoroughly combined.

  3. Scoop 1 tbsp of batter each onto the baking sheet, flatten with the palm of your hand, and bake for 10 minutes.

Tip (Keep your spoon in a cup of boiling hot water as you go between spooning the mixture so it does not become sticky)
